Сэкономили 1 млн. рублей. Такую выгоду принесла реализация кайдзен-проекта по переносу участка подсборки раздаточной коробки ближе к сборочному конвейеру.

Если раньше для доставки партии подсобранных узлов через каждые два часа приходилось прибегать к услугам водителя тягача, то теперь в этом нет необходимости. Участок – в двух шагах от потребителя. Остановки конвейера из-за недопоставки этих агрегатов остались в прошлом.

Благодаря преобразованиям удалось также снизить потребление электричества и запасы незавершённого производства. Расчёты оправдались – затраты на переезд окупились правильной организацией рабочего процесса. Чем ближе комплектующие к конвейеру, тем стабильнее темп сборки.
