Открытый диалог по вопросам качества поставляемой продукции с производителями технологических компонентов в формате круглого стола.

Литейщики «КАМАЗа» обсудили с поставщиками материалов ключевые моменты, требующие детального изучения и проработки на местах. Круглый стол – инструмент, который позволяет в формате диалога привлечь к переговорам всю цепочку: производителей материалов, производственников, технологов, представителей службы качества, центра закупок, технологического центра «КАМАЗа» и других. Рабочие группы общаются не в кабинетах, а разбирают проблемы в каждом из производственных корпусов завода, ищут решения для улучшения ситуации и находятся на связи уже после завершения мероприятия.

Эффективность такой схемы взаимодействия, за пять лет существования, очевидна: за 2018 год уровень брака материалов, поступающих на завод, удалось снизить на 52%. Первые получают возможность озвучить и продемонстрировать проблему, вторые – выдать рекомендации по использованию их продукта и провести работу над ошибками. Доказательство тому – увеличение количества участников «круглого стола». В этом году их было в два раза больше, чем в прошлый раз.

Open dialogue on the quality of supplied products with manufacturers of technological components in the round table format.

KAMAZ casters discussed with suppliers of materials the key points that require detailed study and co-working. The round table is a tool that allows in the format of a dialogue to involve the whole chain in the negotiations: manufacturers of materials, manufacturers, technologists, representatives of the quality service, the procurement center, the KAMAZ technology center and others. Working groups do not communicate in the offices, but analyze the problems in each of the production buildings of the plant, look for solutions to improve the situation and are in touch after the event.

The effectiveness of such a scheme of interaction, for five years of existence, is obvious: in 2018, the level of defects of materials entering the plant was reduced by 52%. The casters have the opportunity to voice and demonstrate the problem, the manufacturers – to give recommendations on the use of their product and work on errors. The proof of this is the increase in the number of participants in the “round table”. This year there were twice as many as the last time.

Offener Dialog über die Qualität der gelieferten Produkte mit Herstellern von technologischen Komponenten im Runde Tisch -Format.

KAMAZ Gießer diskutiert mit Lieferanten von Materialien die wichtigsten Punkte, die detaillierte Studie und Zusammenarbeit erfordern. Der Runde Tisch ist ein Werkzeug, das es im Format eines Dialogs ermöglicht, die gesamte Kette in die Verhandlungen einzubeziehen: Hersteller von Materialien, Hersteller, Technologen, Vertreter des Qualitätsdienstes, des Beschaffungszentrums, Technologiezentrum KAMAZ und anderer. Die Arbeitsgruppen kommunizieren nicht in den Büros, sondern analysieren die Probleme in jedem der Produktionsgebäude der Anlage, suchen nach Lösungen, um die Situation zu verbessern und sind bereits nach Abschluss der Veranstaltung in Kontakt.

Die Wirksamkeit eines solchen Interaktionsschemas für fünf Jahre ist offensichtlich: im Jahr 2018 wurde der Mangel an Materialien, die in die Anlage gelangen, um 52% reduziert. Die Gießer haben die Möglichkeit, das Problem, die Hersteller, zu äußern und zu demonstrieren – Empfehlungen zur Verwendung Ihres Produkts zu geben und an Fehlern zu arbeiten. Der Beweis dafür ist die Zunahme der Teilnehmerzahl am Runden Tisch. In diesem Jahr waren es doppelt so viele wie beim letzten mal.
